Our next Bourbon Conversations event will be held on May 3, 2022. Join Advent GX and TX Somm at the iconic Grand Stafford Theater for a special installment of Bourbon Conversations! During this limited-capacity event, Whiskey Sommelier, Carl Ivey will lead an exploration of the methods and effects of finishing on whiskey as we taste through three selected pours and highlight handcrafted cocktails paired alongside heavy hors d’oeuvres provided by our friends at Porter’s Dining and Butcher!
After our tasting, we’ll enjoy a time of fellowship with our special guest speaker Robert (Brad) Brown, Chief of Staff, Office of the President, Texas A&M University, and former Military Assistant to the US Assistant Secretary of Defense (SPC).
